Any orders that are needing to be cancelled due to the pandemic, will be given a store credit if they comply within the below conditions.
To receive a Store Credit, an order must be cancelled as soon as the event is announced cancelled or prior to collection/ post lodgement (whichever option comes first).
An event cancellation that occurs when a parcel has already been recieved in post will be assessed. If the parcel can be return delivered before the upcoming weekend, we will offer a hire fee Store Credit only (postage fees not incl). We cannot compensate parcels that will not make it back to us in time.
As always, Store Credit will not be given after the hire date.
